Beast Mode Soccer Portland is operated by professional soccer player. Nikki Washington. Nikki is the perfect fit for Beast Mode Soccer, she is an amazingly dynamic, technical and confident player- everything we train Beast Mode Soccer player's to be!
As a child, Nikki would practice dribbling past defenders in her front yard using a chair as a stand-in defender. Ever since, her obsession with technique and knack for creative improvisation inform her personality as both a player and coach. Her skills-first training style is dynamic, challenging, and, most importantly, fun. And it is with this unique approach that the bumpy front lawn was replaced by National Championship and World Cup stadiums, and instead of chairs she's now facing down some of the best players in the world.
Nikki was borin in Dallas, Texas and has been paying soccer since the age of 7. Nikki has traveled around the world competing and learning from different cultures. Her strengths as a player are her speed, and her ability to DOMINATE the 1 v 1 situation.
'Nikki encompasses everything that Beast Mode Soccer is, she is literally the perfect fit for the organization. Her training ethic is second to none, and she is always looking to improve as a player. It is with this work ethic that I approached Nikki to run Beast Mode Soccer in Portland, now that she is based there with the Thorns.
